Q: Who is PINYA RICE NETWORK?
PINYA RICE NETWORK (PINYA 大米网络) is one of the largest rice wholesale & retail networks in Northern Mindanao, Philippines. Founded in 2011, we build our own house brands — PINYA, BEE HAPPY, SUPER YOUNG and more — and supply a network of affiliated rice stores across Misamis Oriental, Bukidnon and Lanao del Norte (Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Gingoog, El Salvador, Manolo Fortich, Talakag, Tubod and more). We serve restaurants, cafeterias, wet market vendors, sari-sari stores, supermarkets, and government institutions.

Q: What brands of rice do you sell?
Our flagship house brand PINYA plus 10 more house brands (BEE HAPPY, SUPER YOUNG, YUM MASTER, DINOSAUR, YUMMY MISS, ENERGY ANT, BABY MANOK, CHAP YANG, BLUE PEARL, SINANDOMENG), and imported brands we resell — PRINCESS BEA, YOUNG CHOW, PLANTERS, RED, PILIT, SWEET RICE, BINHI, JAPONICA, PEACOCK and more. We offer 5%, 15%, and 25% broken rice in 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, and 50kg packaging.
Q: Why is your quality more consistent than other traders?
Because we control the specs. Our house brands (PINYA, BEE HAPPY JASMINE, SUPER YOUNG and more) are packed from a fixed supply line with fixed broken-percentage and moisture standards — that is why a PINYA bag is the same rice today, next week and next month. Batch consistency is exactly what gets harder to guarantee the more different sources a trader mixes in.
Q: What quality checks should I do on arrival?
Check net weight, intact branded packaging, and the variety label on every bag. Open one bag per delivery: grains should be uniform in length and colour, with few broken grains and no chalky specks. Report damaged or off-spec bags within 24 hours and we will replace them.
Q: Is PINYA rice good quality?
Yes. PINYA and our house brands are sourced from the same Vietnamese mills and exporters that supply the largest rice importers in the Philippines — identical broken percentage, moisture content and grain standards. You save the brand premium and middleman margin.
Q: What's the difference between our brands and the big import brands?
The rice itself comes from the same Vietnamese supply chain. Different importers put different brand names on the sacks, but the rice inside meets identical national standards. The price difference reflects marketing costs, distribution network size, and brand premium — not quality.
Q: Is PRINCESS BEA your own brand?
No — PRINCESS BEA is an imported brand we resell directly. Our own house brands are PINYA, BEE HAPPY, SUPER YOUNG, YUM MASTER, DINOSAUR, YUMMY MISS, ENERGY ANT, BABY MANOK, CHAP YANG, BLUE PEARL and SINANDOMENG.
Q: Is PRINCESS BEA rice good quality?
Yes. PRINCESS BEA (Vietnam jasmine) comes from the same Vietnamese supply chain that the major import brands use — the rice inside the sack meets identical national standards. Whether you buy an imported brand like PRINCESS BEA or one of our house brands, the difference is the brand premium and distribution layers, not the rice quality.

Q: Do you supply rice to restaurants, canteens and caterers?
Yes — restaurants, canteens, caterers and other food businesses are among our main wholesale customers. We supply house brands (PINYA, SUPER YOUNG, YUM MASTER and more) and imported brands in 25kg and 50kg sacks; delivery can be arranged for regular wholesale orders. Q: Which rice should a restaurant or canteen buy?
It depends on how the rice is served. For large-scale everyday meals, SUPER YOUNG is our high-volume line — stable supply at an everyday price point. When batch consistency matters most, PINYA is our most-repurchased regular rice. For special dishes or premium service, jasmine-type rice (BEE HAPPY JASMINE) works well.
