What is good about BEE HAPPY JASMINE?
It is our jasmine line: aromatic, best for guests and special meals, and the only brand we pack in a 2kg bag — convenient for testing or small households.
How is SUPER YOUNG?
SUPER YOUNG is our volume line — built for stores and canteens that need steady supply at a steady price. Same packing standard as our flagship, priced for volume.
What house brands do you have?
Eleven: PINYA, BEE HAPPY JASMINE, SUPER YOUNG, YUM MASTER, DINOSAUR, YUMMY MISS, ENERGY ANT, BABY MANOK, CHAP YANG, BLUE PEARL (glutinous), and SINANDOMENG (local). We also carry some imported brands for customers who ask for them.
What rice for lugaw (rice porridge)?
A regular well-milled rice with a slightly higher broken percentage actually makes better lugaw — more body, creamier texture. Use about 1:8 rice-to-water and stir often. Any of our regular lines work; broken-rice grades are the classic lugaw choice.
What rice for big-batch cooking (10kg+)?
For fiestas and canteens: 25kg sacks of PINYA or SUPER YOUNG, wholesale price, ordered a day ahead so we can stage the stock. Call 09563387873.
What rice for fried rice?
Day-old cooked rice, any long-grain regular — the trick is refrigerating it overnight, not the brand. For fresh-cooked fried rice, use slightly less water than usual.
What rice for kids' lunch boxes?
Soft when cold is the goal: jasmine-type or fresh-batch regular, packed 5kg for easy handling.
